I'm Will, the carpenter behind Maltings Carpentry & Renovations. I've worked in the building industry for 15+ years, right here in Suffolk.
I didn't start out as a carpenter. I began as a bricklayer, then moved into window fitting, before settling into carpentry, picking up hands on experience across pretty much every trade a house needs along the way. That grounding means I understand how a build actually goes together, not just the joinery.
These days I run Maltings Carpentry & Renovations as an independent business, covering Suffolk and the surrounding areas. I care about getting the details right and about a job that actually looks good in the finished house.
I'm always happy to talk through ideas with you before we start. Getting the design right on paper saves headaches on site, and it means you get a finish you'll actually be happy living with.
